Privacy

Quick answer: No accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies. We count visits with an analytics tool that uses no cookies. Your answers and latest result stay in your own browser. If you use the free report offer, we keep a random browser ID and a scrambled IP address for 30 days.

What is stored in your browser

When you finish a quiz, your result and score mix are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. This lets the result page and the detailed report show your result. Your answers are never sent to us. You can remove them by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Free report and detailed reports

When you open a detailed report, use the free report offer, or open a friend's link, our server sets one cookie with a random browser ID. It is used only to remember which reports this browser has unlocked and that each person gets one free report. For the free report offer we also store a scrambled (one way hashed) version of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address. Both are deleted after 30 days, except the record that a browser unlocked a report, which is kept for up to one year so you can come back to it. We do not use them for advertising or to follow you on other websites.

Visit counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits, so we can see which quizzes people enjoy. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. We only see totals, such as how many people visited a page and roughly which country they came from.

Payments

If you buy a detailed report, the payment is handled by Polar, which acts as the seller (merchant of record) and has its own privacy policy. Polar receives the details you enter at checkout, such as your email address and payment details. We do not see or store your card details. Our server only checks with Polar that the payment went through.

Hosting

Like every website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security. We do not use them to track you.
